Welcome to your regional organization. Northeast Health Partners is your regional organization in Region 2. Our role is to join your physical and behavioral health benefits into one plan. We are here to help you improve your health, wellness, and life outcomes.
As our Member, you can ask for information in large print, Braille, other formats or languages, or to be read aloud. You can also request American Sign Language for your treatment needs. These services are free. You can call 888-502-4189 to request these services. For TDD/TTY, call 800-432-9553 or the State Relay 711 for help in contacting us. These calls are free.

Member Protections Members are protected under the Federal Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA). This act states that there are not more limits on your behavioral health benefits than your physical health benefits.
